One Last Look at the Howland Open

Many thanks to our dedicated volunteer videographer Craig Hamnquist and Curator Hester Coucke for creating "One Last Look" at the Howland Community OPEN 2020. >>

Thank you, OPEN Artists, for a great Pick Up event

It was so great to see all your smiling faces, even through your masks. A few pieces are still waiting for pick-up. Please contact hester@theartscenter.net if one of them if yours.

Thank you, Volunteers!

Our Board, Exhibition Committee, Gala Task Force, 2nd Saturdays, Outreach, Arts Alive, and Front Desk Artshop heros are 100% all-volunteer. While April is the traditional month to appreciate volunteers, C-19 prevented our Annual Volunteer Brunch. Community Engagement Coordinator Jen Bouton, wrote and directed this video tribute, to honor our most important, beloved members of The Arts Center family: Our Volunteers!

Something New Coming to Your Mailbox

This exceptional year, we are including an "Art Card" with our Annual Report and Mid-Year Appeal. Please use the card to help us understand your response to ongoing health and social changes. Draw an image, write a poem -- share whatever encapsulates your experience, and mail it back. Together, we can meet our $25,000 mid-year goal, and share what we have experienced by connecting through creativity.
