This class will provide a safe place to express emotions that may be difficult verbalize. Nandeeta uses painting to help heal from past traumas. No need to discuss past history, just acrylic painting.
Description
Many people go through harsh experiences in their lives and some are more traumatic than others. Nandeeta uses her own personal experience with trauma and art as a coping mechanism to help with processing emotions.
